Fine Print & Details
Down Payment: A non-refundable $1,500 deposit(%50) is required to secure your booking, due immediately upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance ($1500) is due on arrival. All payments will need to be made by one, single individual. The person making the payment is the person responsible for the group.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before June 1, 2025, I will return %50 of the deposit. Cancellations after June 1, 2025, are non-refundable. Contact Travis Duffy to discuss extenuating circumstances.
RV Requirements: RVs must fit within the 40-foot parking space and comply with local regulations. Guests are responsible for their RV’s setup and maintenance. 20-amp power and water hookups provided; sewer hookup not available.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests must provide their own transportation to Huset’s Speedway (2-minute drive or 15-minute walk). Road-licensed ATVs/SxS vehicles are permitted but must follow local laws. There are no “quiet hours”, have fun but please be respectful to neighbors. Normal, adult common sense applies here.
Meals: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided Wednesday through Saturday. No meals on Sunday. If you have any special dietary requests, please let me know upon confitmation of reservation
